| Cowgirl Creamery's Artisan Cheese Shop is a full-service artisan cheese shop featuring premium farmstead cheeses. Selections are available from Jean d'Alos in France, Neals Yard's English Farmhouse cheese, and many other highly regarded artisanal producers from the United States, Canada, Italy, Spain and Greece. Proprietors Sue Conley and Peggy Smith feature their own award-winning cheeses, soft ripened cheeses, and in the dairy bar, cottage cheese, fromage blanc and crème fraiche made fresh every day at their Point Reyes-based Cowgirl Creamery cheese-making facility. The shop carries related accoutrements, such as cheese tools and boards, and has a selection of books on cheese. |
