BPM touts itself as the first store in the City, and on the West Coast in general, solely dedicated to house music. Though there's a smattering of world music, indie rock, electronic music, downtempo and modern club music, BPM mostly caters to house DJs.
Every other Sunday, friends of BPM host a vodka-and-cranberry shindig, where drinks are passed out for free.
